Information regarding the processing of personal data
From May 25, 2018, European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data ("the Regulation") is applicable.
The regulation essentially covers protecting and safeguarding the rights of individuals to confidentiality and sets out strict confidentiality requirements that govern the way personal data are managed and protected, while respecting individual choices - no matter where they are sent, processed or stored data.
The Regulation requires that a wide range of requirements be met by Instarom Instalatii Romania S.R.L. with regard to the collection and processing of personal data, including the obligation to respect six principles:
1. The need for transparency regarding the management and use of personal data;
2. Limiting the processing of personal data to the specified, legitimate purposes;

Personal data refers to any information that allows the identification of a person concerned. These include the name, serial number and ID card number, address, date of birth, bank account number, email address, no. telephone / fax, etc. Processing refers to all operations we can do with data such as collecting, recording, storing, adjusting, organizing, using, disclosing, transferring and deleting data.
4. Rights of the data subject
The regulation provides the data subjects with more control over how their personal data is captured and used.
Thus, the data subjects have certain specific rights that they can exercise for the protection of their personal data, namely:
4.1 The right to access the information
You have the right to request a report of your personal data that we process.
4.2. Right to rectification.
You have the right to obtain from Instarom Instalatii România S.R.L., without undue delays, the rectification of inaccurate personal data that concerns you. Taking into account the purposes for which data was processed, you have the right to obtain the completion of personal data that is incomplete, including by providing an additional statement.
4.3. Right to delete data ("the right to be forgotten").
You have the right to obtain from Instarom Instalatii Romania S.R.L.deleting your personal data if:
• the data are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected or processed;
• withdraw the consent on the basis of which the processing takes place;
• object to your data processing by Instarom Instalatii Romania S.R.L .;
• Instarom Instalatii Romania S.R.L. process your personal data illegally;
• Data must be deleted to comply with a statutory obligation on OSMR.
4.4. The right to restrict the processing
You have the right to request restriction of processing if you challenge the accuracy of the data, as well as in other cases provided by law.
4.5. The right to data portability
You may receive your personal data that Instarom Instalatii Romania S.R.L. collect them, or request that the data be forwarded to another operator.
4.6. Right to opposition
You may oppose the use of your personal data by Instarom Instalatii Romania S.R.L.. We will consider your opposition and if the processing of your information has any undue impact on you that requires the processing of such data to cease.
4.7. Right of withdrawal of consent
In cases where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent will only have effect for the future, and processing prior to the withdrawal remains valid.
4.8. The right to oppose automated decisions
You have the right to request and obtain human intervention regarding the processing of your personal data and you can express your own point of view in accordance with the provisions of art. 22 of the Regulation.
4.9. The right to file a complaint
If you are not satisfied with the way we respond to your requests, you have the right to complain. If you are still unsatisfied with our response to the complaint, you may forward it to the Data Protection Officer of Instarom Instalatii Romania S.R.L., using the contact details of paragraph 7 of this Information.

5. Managing personal data by Instarom Instalatii Romania S.R.L.
Within Instarom Instalatii Romania S.R.L. policies and standards are in place to keep your data safe. These measures are updated periodically to meet current regulations.
We also take appropriate technical and organizational measures on policies and procedures, IT security, etc. to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data.
An additional warranty is given by employee training as well as their obligation to keep confidentiality and not to disclose your personal data illegally.
6. Data storage period
Instarom Instalatii Romania S.R.L. has the obligation to keep your personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed.
